Cortez Kat Charters has a 17 year history of providing daily fishing trips off the shores of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. 

Your Captain Gary Zink will provide you with everything you will need to catch big fish and take home a lifetime of vacation memories. 

Captain Gary and his crew member Lance are very friendly professional saltwater fishing guides with years of guiding and marine experience behind them.  They will give you the best opportunity to catch grouper,  snappers, key west grunts ,  porgies , sharks , barracudas , trigger fish, king mackeral , spanish mackeral  and many other species depending on the season.  You will fishing on our legendary boat, the "Captain Jack" .   The Captain Jack is United States Coast Guard certified to carry 42 passengers, however we normally limit our trips to no more than 16 passengers.  No crowds means more fish for you ! We promise you a safe and fun filled day on the South West Florida Waters.

Not only is Bradenton Florida a great fishing hotspot, the nature and wildlife surrounding these waters provide an amazing eco sea cruise as well.  Often on our trips we are fortunate enough to see   some of  our beautiful  birds, like the  herons, egret, osprey or pelicans nesting in the mangroves.

Dolphins can be seen on most trips and sometimes follow the wake of the Captain Jack.  The kids love watching them playing in the water and jumping through the waves.
